Privacy Policy

This policy explains the information processed by the CompliPlan MVP and how it is used to provide the review workspace.

Information we process

CompliPlan may process your account identity, project names and references, uploaded drawings and supporting documents, controlled reference documents, review findings, professional notes, decisions, reports and technical service records.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate access, store and organise projects, analyse selected documents, produce evidence led review items, retain project history, generate reports, maintain security and respond to support requests.

Document analysis

When the review engine is enabled and you start a review, selected project files and applicable reference documents may be processed by the configured OpenAI service. CompliPlan is designed to request evidence led outputs and does not use those outputs as automatic approval.

Storage and access

Structured project records are stored in the service database and uploaded files are stored in protected object storage. Access controls associate a browser workspace with the authenticated account that first claims it. You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to upload each document.

Retention and deletion

MVP information may be retained while the service is being tested and developed. To request access, correction or deletion of information associated with your account, email privacy@compliplan.co.uk.

Your rights

Depending on the applicable data protection law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing and to request a portable copy of personal information. Privacy and data rights enquiries can be sent to privacy@compliplan.co.uk. You may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
