Purpose of the service
CompliPlan provides tools that support architectural and building regulation review. It can organise project information, present potential issues, connect findings with evidence and controlled sources, record decisions and produce review reports.
No approval or professional advice
CompliPlan does not grant Building Control approval, certify compliance or replace the judgement of an appropriately qualified professional. You must verify findings, citations, dimensions, assumptions and source currency before relying on them.
Your account and project information
You must keep access to your account secure and provide accurate project information. You may only upload documents you are authorised to use and process. Do not upload unlawful material or use the service to infringe another person’s rights.
MVP availability
The service is under active development. Features may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn while testing continues. You should retain independent copies of project files and exported records needed for professional or contractual purposes.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt to gain access to another user’s workspace, interfere with the service, bypass usage controls, upload malicious material or use generated findings as a false statement of regulatory approval.
Intellectual property
You retain responsibility for the material you upload. CompliPlan and its product design, software, branding and original content remain protected by applicable intellectual property law.
